Vision Journal Workshop: Seasonal Aspirations for 2026

Envision and express your aspirations for the year ahead! Your contemplative and creative journey begins with a guided meditation led by Theresa Esterlund to help you clarify what you want to call into your life in 2026. Ashley Kurth-Reinhart will then guide you in translating your insights onto the pages of an Open to Being hand-bound notebook. Working with collage, printmaking techniques, and repurposed print materials, you'll create beautiful and personal art journal pages that reflect your motivations, desires, dreams, and goals for this next year—organized by season. The remaining blank pages offer space for revisiting your intentions and reflecting as the year unfolds. All materials provided, including your notebook. No artistic experience necessary. Minimum for workshop to run is 5 participants. Register by January 18.
