Wool Selvage are the trimmings left over after manufacturing an organic mattress.   Some selvage pieces may come with sharpie markings as this is part of the mattress construction process. 10 lbs of selvage per bag @ $11.50 per pound We love the softness of this natural filling.  Each strip is different in length and contains about 50% lush wool fiber and 50% organic cotton fabric. This filling can be used as is, or you can easily separate the wool from the cotton strip.   There could be some benefits to having your wool sewn onto the strips as they can be knotted, braided or tacked to stay in place.   Great for fixing worn out sofa cushions or to soften bean bag style furnishings.  10 lb bag fills a volume of 4 cubic feet. 3.5 pounds fills our 20 X 30 pillow insert to make a medium loft pillow.
