The Tempo CAN WP is a potted waterproof 4-channel thermocouple-to-CAN solution that supports CAN2.0 A/B with bitrates up to 1M. Please contact sales@openlightlabs.com for ordering when out of stock. Typical lead time is 3-4 weeks. Each Tempo module can be configured for type K or T thermocouples, and readings are broadcast on the CAN bus at 5Hz. The Tempo is powered from 5-12V on the CAN connector, or by USB. The micro-USB port also provides live readings of thermocouple values when directly connected to a PC for applications that do not require CAN bus. The USB interface is also used to change device settings.
