M8 Ultra Wide Angle Lens

The lens comes with damping grease to help hold it in place. However, you will need to glue the lens if you need to handle vibration. We are working on an M8 lock ring to solve this problem. This lens gives your OpenMV Cam the ability to see a wider field-of-view (FOV). The standard lens that ships with your OpenMV AE3 has about a 70° FOV which is good, but, not great for security applications. This lens has about a 90° FOV, so your OpenMV AE3 can see much more without significant image distortion.
