They have a strong commitment to biodynamic farming practices which ensures the coffee not only has the absence of chemical pesticides and fertilizers, but that the planting of the coffee works with the ecosystem rather than disrupting it. This naturally processed coffee has sweet fruit notes with a hint of tart hibiscus in the cup!
