Optical Performance The Fluorostar 132 is a three element designed APO refactor. Using FPL-53 glass, this telescope provides excellent aberration correction. Details and Features William Optics' newly designed handlebar, made with anodizing by CNC, gives a nice,  strong looking feel to this scope. It is suitable for the William Optics Uniguide, as well as all finder bases of the Vixen type.  William Optics R&P33 Focuser The 3.3 Rack and Pinion focuser is smooth, stable, and reliable. No need to worry about image shifting. The focuser is suitable for the William Optics 3" corrector. William Optics Bahtinov Mask The patented William Optics Bahtinov Mask is made with a special material that makes it three times lighter than traditional Bahtinov masks. Mounting Ring and Losmandy Plate The Losmandy mounting plate is included in this package, along with mounting rings. Made by CNC with anodizing to make it strong and nice looking.  NOTE: William Optics uses high quality steel lens cells and FPL53 glass for the triplet series (GT and FLT). This combination is perfect for temperature compensation and will prevent pinched optics in cold weather conditions. Before you store the telescope, uncover and let the tube stay open for some time. After the telescope dries, moisture will evaporate and it can be safely stored. You must store your telescope in a dry place with a consistent room temperature.
