Performance Shooting for Law Enforcement (CA)

  Students will be exposed to shooting concepts that are commonly seen in Officer Involved Shootings but are often overlooked in law enforcement firearms training. Students will be asked to perform under time constraints or will be evaluated based on hit-factor scoring. Students will work to improve their ability to maneuver and shoot as well as shoot while on the move. Students are encouraged to use their duty weapon and holster while in class but body armor is not necessary. Students will leave class with a better understanding on how to increase the speed at which they shoot while not compromising on their accuracy. Students will be shown how to continue training on their own in both dry and live fire training.  *Limited number of rental pistols with RDS are available.  Prerequisite: Law enforcement or Military.   Agency Enrollment: Agency representatives enrolling one or more officers- please contact admin@optempotraining.com for an invoice.
