Carbs are in used condition. They have been cleaned in a Heated high pressure parts washer. These were removed from an engine that had been sitting for an extended period of time. These will need to be cleaned inside at minimum and a possibly rebuild. All flaps open and close as they should and nothing is frozen. Please see pictures as this is the exact setup you will receive.
