Mladen Rožanić, the winemaker behind Roxanich, produces wines using both indigenous and international grape varieties, all farmed according to chemical-free and holistic principles. The wines are allowed to age and develop harmoniously in the cellar until they are ready for release. As a result, Roxanich wines are celebrated for their complexity and intensity. Lara Rožanić, Mladen’s daughter, has demonstrated a keen interest in winemaking from an early age. She has decided to pursue higher education in Mediterranean Agriculture and Winemaking, following in her father’s footsteps. Her ambition is to carry on the tradition of natural winemaking at Roxanich and pass it on to the next generation. Vinification Method: Three varietals of Malvasia Istriana, Pinot Blanc, and Chardonnay are separate
