Burdock root has been used for years in traditional Chinese medicine for a variety of benefits including improving your overall health. Brewing Instructions: Add 1 tsp. to 8 oz. of boiling water. We recommend herbal root teas to be steeped for 5 to 7 minutes in boiling water. For the best flavor, use fresh water whenever possible. And don’t forget to re-steep your tea leaves to get the most out of your leaf! Tea amounts can be adjusted if you need it a little stronger or a bit lighter.  Shipping and delivery notes: We deliver fresh!!! Each order is packaged fresh right before it is shipped.
