Orbal Cosmetics Mixing Medium Gel

Details This mixing gel can be used as a primer base for your eyeshadow, or as a mixing medium for your loose pigments to create a gel-based eyeshadow.  To avoid product drying out, please keep the sealing disc on and keep the lid tightly shut. How to use To use as mixing medium: Use a small amount of gel and slowly mix pigment in until you reach the desired thickness.  To use as a primer: Apply a small amount on dry skin, allows 30-40 seconds for the gel to dry and get tacky, apply your favorite pigment on top.
