CONSTRUCTION Based on the industry leading Sport Series rear, the Sport Series EVO turns the dial up to 11. Visible welds are now TIG welded. Air extraction/cleaning ducts, and a new third brake light cover are now made from proprietary 3D printed, impact modified composite. We have also added mud guards, with integrated accent light mounts. The grills are now larger and accommodate the much more powerful Baja Designs S1 light. We have made other structural changes including fully C'd corners and 1/4' frame mounts.
