Tree-ripened, hand-picked, and naturally sun-dried, they offer an exceptionally sweet, tangy flavor and a soft, chewy texture. As whole “slip-pit” apricots, they’re plumper and moister than other dried varieties, with concentrated nutrients including fiber, vitamins A and C, iron, and calcium. These rare, highly prized apricots—about 3/4 to 1 inch in diameter—shine in both sweet and savory dishes.
