Shore Pine Resin (Pinus contorta)

For sale here is PNW Coast Shore Pine Resin (Pinus contorta). It is ethically and sustainably harvested resin (sometimes referred to incorrectly as "sap"). This is a raw and unrefined product just as nature intended. As such, it may contain pieces of bark, needles, or detritus such as small amounts of dirt. I gather it on the West and Northwest Oregon coast every fall. I only harvest pieces off of the forest floor, fallen branches and dead trees. I do not strip living trees of their wound protection, nor do I damage trees just to get their sap. Pine resin is used in candles, incense, as aromatherapy, and DIY projects.
