The rare and elusive Blue Chanterelle (Polyozellus marymargetae) is a mushroom that grows at 2000' elevation or greater. It is a delicious mushroom that is not commonly found by foragers.  Blue chanterelles used to be called Polyozellus multiplex until it was discovered this name contains an entire group of individual species.
