Filthy Heavy Duty High pH Prespray

For "Filthy" carpets and all other surfaces that need heavy-duty cleaning (ex. floors like ceramic, porcelain, Italian quarry, concrete, ceramic, terrazzo, vinyl, rubber, magnesite and asphalt tile).
