These turkeys cook beautifully and make a stunning centerpiece on the holiday table. Our Organic Turkey should be cooked at 325°F for 15 minutes per pound until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Due to the wide range of sizes (8lbs-14lbs) of small whole turkeys, we are offering a heavy promotion, not eligible for other sizes. Our largest size is 15-16lbs this season.
