The wire features a chrome-like with a non-stick coating so cookies will not stick to the wire, allowing you to easily remove them once cooled. This cooling rack expands in length from 14 inches to 24 inches long to nearly double the amount of cooling space available. You can also disassemble the expandable cooling rack to create two individual cooling racks, which is perfect for cooling pies or other baked goods.
