Galvan Brookie Fly Reel

We have always been fans of simple, elegant products that work. The Galvan Brookie is everything you need in a smaller freshwater reel with none of the things you don’t. Very lightweight with a smooth “drag” and a large arbor for fast pickup and low line memory. Made of machined anodized aluminum for a lifetime and more of use. The “click ball” drag mechanism, similar in function to the click-pawl mechanism used by other manufacturers, is a departure from anything seen in the past. Adjustments are made with a standard size allen wrench. As with the click-pawl system, drag is the same incoming and outgoing.
