This pattern is a good cinder worm or palolo worm imitation; stays high in the water column when double overhand stripped. Everyone knows tarpon specifically target worms during the Florida Keys hatch period, but as a change of pace, you might just get lucky throwing this pattern to fish in other locations and different times of the year.
