Aberlour Scotch Single Malt Casg Annamh 1996

Translating as 'Rare Cask' in Gaelic, Casg Annamh is created from a limited number of carefully selected casks.  The Casg Annamh series from Aberlour takes its name from the Gaelic for "rare cask", and a trio of casks are used to create the expressions - European oak sherry casks and two types of American oak cask. The result is brimming with toffee and dried fruit, alongside a generous handful of kitchen spices. This is the fourth batch from the series, delivering yet more Speyside single malt tastiness.
