Complex, with flavours of white peach, apricot and citrus fruits, balanced with excellent yeast character, and a clean crisp finish.  Aromas of green apples and - unexpectedly - boiled potatoes! Extremely acidic but nevertheless accessible on the palate. Excellent mousse. Another winner from Boizel - my dad’s favorite champagne producer. Lemon, green apple, very lean on the palate. Excellent NV, good personality.
