Brandy, Solera Reserva, Emilio Lustau

Lustau’s flagship brandy is a D.O. protected Brandy de Jerez produced from 100% Airen grapes. It is aged for 3 years in ex-Amontillado sherry casks made from American oak using the traditional solera system. Light amber in color, with vanilla, toasted wood and orange marmalade aromas wafting from the bottle; the spirit is bone dry and smooth in the palate, with a long and nutty finish. Lustau Brandy Solera Reserva is the perfect accompaniment to cured cheeses, dark chocolate, roasted nuts, and dried apricots. 40% ABV.
