Few Rye Whiskey

Appearance / Color : Caramel with an orange tint.   Smell / Nose / Aroma : The prevalent Rye succeeded by complexion of Vanilla, Brown Sugar, Cinnamon and Wood. Some hints of Butterscotch, Citrus Zest and Pepper are also present.   Flavor / Taste / Palate : A kickin’ and vivid flavor that starts with buttery Rye, Raw grains, Fruits and some Honey. In between some Citrus, Baking Spices and a bit of Wood is also felt.   Finish : Long and slow pepper finish.
