Bright salmon orange color. Fruity aromas of ripe raspberries, blackberry jam on toast, vanilla-sandalwood, and spiced plum tart with a velvety, vibrant, effervescent, fruity medium body and a smooth, involved, very long dried pineapple, spiced apple butter, sautéed mushrooms, bay leaf, allspice, and toasted almond slivers finish with moderate oak flavor. A fruity Napa rose sparkler that is balanced by a hint of earthy charm. The aroma is super rose petaly, like rose water and there are fruity florals as well. It's not so deep with the fruit florals but enjoyable. It is great on the mouth with an acidic punch and fruity yummyness. The finish is long and satisfying, a classic example of excellent New World Sparkling Wine. This is just one of those wines that are just yummy.
