Notes on the Hagefen Napa Valley Pinot Noir 2016: The Pinot Noir is from two vineyards in the southern Napa Valley, California. The wine is a cloudy, light, garnet color. The aromas are subtle with a hint of dark cherry, raspberry and a little bit of oak. The taste is light bodied with a medium plus acid, but almost no tannins at all. It's really smooth on the back end with lots of cherries and some red currants in the mid palate. There is a clean taste of fruit flavor. The wine has a smooth finish.
