First off, the moment you stick your nose into the glass, you notice the beautifully vibrant and fresh fruit aromas this wine offers. Dark and tart berry flavors and almost a candied-like vibrancy are pervasive. The oak is noticeable on the nose, but isn’t overly out of balance or bitter on the palate. Very nice tartness and focus of flavor overall.
