Roserock Chardonnay 2016

Excellent Chard! Pale yellow color, almonds and white fruits flavors, honey touch, mineral notes, medium bodied, fresh finish. 50% aged in oak barrels.  Lime zest, butter, green apple on the nose. Juicy green apple and tart skins, some citrus brightness, moderate-high acitidy. Has a hint of butter and maybe white peach at the end. Doesn't linger too long in the palate. Best paired with something where it will cut the richness of the food.
