Royal Oporto Port Tawny

A young Tawny Port of immense complexity of ripe red fruit notes and oaky scents, offering a very refined bouquet. Its strong dry fruit flavours are evidence of its ageing in oak, which are compensated by a balanced sweetness and a long finish. Medium garnet colour. Clean. Pronounced on the nose. Aromas of cherry jam, cooked blackberry, prune, sultana, forest floor. Sweet. High acidity, medium- tannins, full body. Pronounced on the palate. Flavours of black cherry jam, aronia, cooked red plum, cloves, black pepper. Loooong finish.
