Tomasello Winery Blanc de Blanc Extra Dry
This methode champenoise sparkler is made from a Vidal Blanc cuvee pressed from whole-berry Vidal Blanc grapes. While often thought of as the driest of the blanc de blanc sparkling wines, the ‘extra-dry’ is actually slightly sweeter than the ‘brut.’ Our Extra Dry has a soft fruity character with a light dry yeast bouquet. To make great wines you need a few key ingredients. Naturally, things like good soil, healthy vines, sunlight, plentiful grapes and good barrels are all necessary.
