Tom's Foolery Rye Whiskey

What sets this rye apart from others is that it's finished in a former applejack barrel (the distillery also makes applejack). The aroma features honey, vanilla and oak. There's a flash of sweetness on the palate, which segues into oak, resin and a spiced finish with plenty of clove heat and alcohol sting.
