Pale cherry color displaying aromas of rose and raspberry, with notes of almonds. The delicate finish is long and lingering. This fine Cava is best enjoyed chilled on its own as an aperitif or with light dishes and salads.The grapes are harvested by hand from the winery’s oldest estate vineyards, usually the first week of September.
