[A palm-sized hexagonal soybean dish made from a smaller version of the original "Dori-Dish". This is a soy dish produced in Seto, a famous pottery production area, using a traditional technique called "kakegashira". The design is very simple so that you can feel the quality of the pottery. For the colored glaze, we used six colors commonly used in Seto ware: [Shu], [Kisai], [Ame], [Celadon], [Oribe], and [Ruri]. The materials and production process are the same as for other products, even for small plates. All the plates are carefully hung and baked one by one by the hands of craftsmen.
