The motif of SERIES_01 is a play on the ambiguous boundary between the plate and the jewelry by incorporating the shape of the rim into the design, such as a Kikyo plate, a Kikou plate, and a hexagonal plate. The series features edgy forms with a Japanese taste that evokes a sense of nostalgia, and is a beautiful combination of ceramics and metal. <01 Peony Earrings The motif of this series is peony, a traditional Nabeshima motif of Imariyaki (Nabeshima ware). The delicacy of the painted motif and the simple splendor of the gold color add a touch of elegance.
