Important information about BGAN Explorer 300, 500 and 700 terminals  Update from 2023We have recently been informed of an issue related to the GPS module of these legacy terminals. Due to the obsolescence of this module, the BGAN Explorer 300, 500 and 700 terminals are no longer able to connect to the Inmarsat network. The Explorer 500 and 700 products were discontinued in 2014/2015 with last service date in 2018/2019.  Currently, only terminals manufactured between 2004 and 2007 are affected.
