Czapek turns things upside down quite literally with the release of the groundbreaking Antarctique Révélation, a skeletonized timepiece for the watch obsessed. Playing true to its name, the Czapek Révélation reveals the inner workings of the SXH5 calibre, reinterpreted into the new SXH7. Throughout the design process a multitude of obstacles arose, with each pivot contributing to the final design. The escapement is completely reversed, the oscillating mass has been engraved on both sides, and the second hand required a redesign leading to a small seconds dial in sapphire glass. To maintain further visibility, a larger sapphire ring for both the hours and minutes were integrated into the final design.Available in a limited edition of 100 pieces.
