Product Description:The UMAMI PUDDING MIX is a 100% plant-based that makes sweet desserts such as Japanese pudding and custards.  A perfect eggless indulgence for both children and adults!  Ingredients:Sugar, pumpkin powder, nutritional yeast, carrageenan, calcium sulfate, agar, rock salt, woodear mushroom UMAMI powder, carrot powder, magnesium chloride SupplementSugar uses 100% millet sugar. Agar and carrageenan are polysaccharides obtained from seaweed. Calcium sulfate and magnesium chloride are used as coagulants similarly in the use of bittern in tofu.
