Replacement Per Device At Otofonix, we offer a 2-year warranty covering all manufacturer defects. This plan provides 100% protection against any defect or malfunction of your device. How to Get Service: If your hearing aid stops working within the first two years of use, please contact Otofonix at 704-380-0508 or info@otofonix.com for troubleshooting assistance and specific return instructions. If you need to send the unit to us, you will be responsible for the postage. Otofonix will cover the cost of return postage to you. What Will Otofonix Do? Otofonix will repair or replace any defective or malfunctioning parts at no charge to you. If your original model is unavailable, we will send you a similar hearing aid as a replacement. What’s Not Covered? The warranty does not cover loss or theft of the hearing aid, nor does it cover unauthorized repairs. To claim credit, the damaged device must be returned. Please note that accessories (e.g., tubing, domes, etc.) are not includ
