This was a customer return of a brand new factory sealed copy. The complaint was that the record played with too much surface noise and the customer did not believe it was brand new, factory sealed despite receiving it factory sealed. Upon return, visually the album is flawless. When played before listing, it does have more surface noise than is acceptable in a brand new factory sealed record. Borderline NM, but probably a perfect VG+, hence the grading. Gatefold has hardly any wear. Cleaned. Ready to ship in a poly sleeve.
