Strong and Steady is designed as an introduction strength and wellness program for the general population. Each week provides 3 programmed resistance training days. Guidelines are provided for 3 activity-based cardio days each week as well. This program will ensure you get the tone and healthy body you are after in a welcoming and fun way. Total duration: 8 weeks Training sessions per week: 3 programmed days, 3 optional cardio/activity days Session duration: 45-60 minutes. Must have access to: any commercial training facility will suffice.
