Women's Lifestyle is designed for those women who seek to improve their physique and maintain a healthy lifestyle. By utilizing big lifts, bodybuilding style accessories, and daily core exercises the Women’s Lifestyle program will ensure you look and feel great.  Total duration: 8 weeks Training sessions per week: 5 Session duration: 60-75 minutes. Must have access to: any commercial training facility will suffice.
