Kimono, Sunflower-original-limited edition

This is the most recent handprint coming from my studio and the first for the collection for 2021. Sunflower Kimono, a woodcut print on Japanese paper printed by hand in black ink with an edition size of 10. The text comes from a Mary Oliver poem titled 'The Sunflowers'. It is hand written in pencil around the image. "­Come with me into the field of sunflowers… And let us talk with those modest faces, The simple garments of leaves, the coarse roots in the earth So uprightly burning."  -Mary Oliver The print is signed and numbered on the bottom of the image and there are 9 remaining in the edition. It is 37"l x 23"w. The artwork is sold unframed and is packed carefully into a shipping tube and is shipped from my studio in Delta Colorado.
