This tea was formulated and may help support your PCOS healing journey. The ingredients may help support menstrual regulation, hormone balance, reduction of inflammation, and more. Instructions: Prepare your tea by using 1 tablespoon per 8oz of hot water. Enjoy any time of day, 2x a day, in the evening after dinner and before bed ideally.
