Warranty Limitations and Exclusions: This warranty does not apply to damages resulting from negligence, alteration, misuse, abuse, accident, natural disaster, improper installation or improper operation, unauthorized adjustments or calibrations, dings, dents, scratches, or damages due to harsh chemicals (i.e. cleaning products improperly applied). The warrantor is not responsible for consequential or incidental damages. Under no circumstances shall INFRATECH or any of its representatives be held liable for injury to any person or damage to any property, however arising. The following are set guidelines for these returns.   No merchandise shall be returned without prior approval and return authorization number issued by a customer service representative. A 35% restocking fee will apply to returned merchandise without prior approval. A 15% restocking fee will be applied for all authorized returns. When requesting a return authorization, the following information is required: Item number, description, and quantity Purchase date Original order number Condition of merchandise Reason for return Request for exchange or credit Returns will be returned freight prepaid unless otherwise authorized. Only in the case when a shipping error has occurred will a UPS RETURN LABEL be issued. Return labels are not issued for warranty claims, overstocked merchandise, or errors in ordering. All shipping errors, freight damages, and shortages are to be reported to Infratech immediately. Under no circumstances should you deduct any cost of defective merchandise from your invoices.
