Step 3 Apply Your Lash Glue: Apply your Outlashed London Lash Glue to the entire band. Make sure you get those inner and outer corners! Wait for about 30 seconds before applying. You want the glue to be tacky, not wet.  Step 4 Look Down In To A Mirror: Always look down in to a compact mirror, not straight ahead. You'll be better able to see exactly wear to place the strip. Take your Outlashed London Lash Applicator and hold your lashes close to the band. Carefully place the lash strip on your lash line. Step 5 Blend Your Lashes: Wait a few minutes for your lashes
