This headband is a patriotic blend of red, white, and blue flowers on a blue elastic headband with white mini pearls and pearl studs. All floral pieces may be sent with alternative flowers, pearls, or rhinestones than what is pictured here while still staying true to the colors and textures of the theme and style pictured.
