Last year, she came out with us to Seedling Farm, and she’s created several Outstanding meals at an urban farm in her hometown of Detroit. Since opening Marrow in 2018, Sarah has cultivated longstanding relationships with Great Lakes farmers and sources ethically raised and harvested meats for the restaurant and its retail butchery from small-scale regional ranchers. Her nose-to-tail, no-waste approach wowed Top Chef judges in 2022, when she was one of the final three contenders. This year, Sarah joins us for our first visit to Fisheye Farms, another urban farm in Detroit’s Core City.
