It was a regular tour stop for several years before that, and it’s high time we came back. For the return trip, we partner with our old Kentucky friends at Louisville’s Proof on Main. On past visits we’ve set the table at Woodland Farm, owned and operated by the folks at Proof. Farmers Adam Barr and Rae Strobel of Barr Farms were at that 2015 event, and we’ve kept in touch over the ensuing years, determined to one day bring the table to their fields in Rhodelia. Adam's family has stewarded this 260 acre property for seven generations (their kids are the eighth). The farm’s bountiful larder of organic produce, 100% grass-fed beef and pastured chicken will give guest chef Cody Stone and Proof’s exemplary kitchen team plenty to work with.
