OV Bartack Pattern Suite

Please note: The OV Bartack is optimized for tactical gear applications and does not have the same elongation properties inherent to other center-lock bartack designs. As such, it is not recommended for parachute rigging or similar applications. Users are responsible for ensuring the OV Bartack works for their specific applications and is compatible with their bartacker's clamping. A unique center-lock (center-start, center-stop) bartack, ideal for MOLLE grids and general purpose bartacking. Our proprietary design increases strength in MOLLE applications up to 90% by optimizing stitch placement and eliminating the weak locking end common to most bartacks. Unlike other center-locking bartacks, the OV Bartack features locking straight stitches that help reduce bartack failure if either end is compromised. Suite includes 36 horizontal (east-west) and 27 vertical (north-south) bartacks and is available for a range of machine model
