Our certified organic Mexico Chiapas is grown by several small farms in the Soconusco region of Chiapas. The beans are washed and sun dried, then milled in Tapachula where they are cupped and evaluated to help eliminate any defects. This is a staple in our shop and a favorite with customers with it's creamy texture, dark chocolate and nutty base, and sweet citrus finish.
